BeForever... the Historical line for American Girl... I don't like it. I feel like things are cheaper quality, and not historically accurate. Things became so bright.

This is a 1914 Sears Fall Catalog... do you see much purple?

In this picture, I see no purple outfits. The dress in the top right with the checkers looks pretty much exactly like the American Girl BeForever meet outfit! Why couldn't they have made it blue? Did they want to make it "girly?" And don't get me started on Samantha's Re-release. Everything was pink! I will admit, I like some of the stuff, but not all of it. And the mini dolls, they were (before BeForever) adorable. They had stuffed bodies just like the big dolls, and mini hardcover books, but when BeForever came, they were given plastic bodies and mini paperback books.

I mean, American Girl 18" Dolls don't have plastic torsos (I think I would faint if they did) so we clearly can see American Girl just lowered the quality! Caroline mini doll 1 has realistic curls, not just a wave of hair like Caroline mini 2. And you can see the hair rooted in on Caroline Mini 2. And the plastic body. Come on AG, Caroline Mini 1 is adorable.
So yeah, that's all for now. Thanks for reading this far! Comment your options and what you want to see on this blog.
I personally really like the Beforever Line better.
